Carlo Padovano

Carlo Padovano joined OEP in 2012 and is a Partner based in New York. He focuses primarily on investments in the technology, IT services, and tech-enabled business services. Mr. Padovano is a member of the boards of CloudOne Digital, Mythics, Orion Innovation, and Yorktel and was previously a board member of CDI, Rizing, Allied Advanced Technologies, Unicoba, Portal and Wow! Nutrition.
Prior to joining OEP, Mr. Padovano worked at GP Investments鈥� private equity group and at JPMorgan鈥檚 Mergers and Acquisitions group. Mr. Padovano received his B.Sc. in engineering and management systems from the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Columbia University.
